After School Charger Club Program

     Ansonia Public Schools concluded the first year of a new after school program called the "Charger Club" on Friday, June 28, 2010, thanks to a State Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. A total of 100 students in Grades 6, 7 and 8 attending Mead, Prendergast, and Ansonia Middle Schools participated in the Club, which met Monday-Friday on full days of school.

     Information about the 2010-2011 year program will be coming out soon. The program is tentatively scheduled to begin in mid-September 2010.
