After School Charger Club Program

     Ansonia Public Schools kicked off a new after school program called the "Charger Club" on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, thanks to a State Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. A total of 100 students in Grades 6, 7 and 8 attending Mead, Prendergast, and Ansonia Middle Schools are members of the Club, which meets Monday-Friday on full days of school.
