Magnet School Information

If you applied to one of the participating Magnet Schools and have received a letter for submission into their program, said letter must be signed by either the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent of Ansonia Schools, and the following procedures must be followed in compliance with Ansonia Public School registration guidelines.  If your child is currently in Ansonia Public Schools, the letter must be accompanied by your two valid proofs of Ansonia residency.  If your child is not currently in Ansonia Public Schools, please submit the birth certificate (original to be copied) along with your two valid proofs of Ansonia residency and complete the following forms:  Magnet School Checklist, Emergency/Registration Form, Student Residency Questionnaire and Race and Ethnicity Form.  For complete registration and residency requirments information, refer to the registration link.  As appointments are required for all complete registrations please feel free to email Darlene Zawisza at dazawisza@ansonia.org or call 203-736-5095.
