To All Parents/Guardians:
We wanted to update you about the opening of the 2011-12 school year. First, we hope you and your family made it through Hurricane Irene safely. Although there are power outages throughout our city, we know that the damage from this storm could have been much worse.
We plan to open the 2011-12 school year as scheduled on Wednesday, August 31, 2011. It will be a full day of school. Power has been restored to Ansonia Middle School and the Central Office, as of Tuesday morning.
