The Ansonia Board of Apportionment and Taxation set the 2012-2013 school budget at their meeting on 5/21/12.  This budget is $868,000 less than the Board of Education requested in order to keep services to students the same as this year.  Severe budget cuts, layoffs, and program cuts will be necessary.  Please see the full press release for more details on exactly which positions and programs will be lost.
