Dear Families of Ansonia Public Schools,

Welcome Back to this school year 2022-2023! I truly hope you enjoyed the summer. We miss our students and look forward to seeing them on the first day of school, Thursday August 25^th.

I know the last couple of years have been difficult, however, in Ansonia one thing remained as a constant - dedication to our students, families, and the community. I look forward to August 19th, when we conduct our annual kindergarten canvas. Year after year this has proven to be an amazing experience and a tremendous welcome for our kindergarten students.

The 2022 school year will be extraordinary; we have started a school construction committee for Ansonia Middle School, we have new curriculum, and new faces. Lots of exciting things are occurring in Ansonia and all of these things are happening because of the hard work of the Ansonia Public Schools staff. We intend to continually evaluate our re-entry plan and make necessary changes to meet safety and health requirements.

Remember…We are Ansonia Strong!
