Ansonia Public Schools Pre-K Program

Ansonia Public Schools offers a variety of Pre-K options to meet the needs of children and families in the community. We provide Pre-K programming to over 130 students, ages 3-5 years old, living in Ansonia. We offer an integrated Pre-K program at Mead School as well as Early Start CT and Smart Start grant funded programs at Prendergast School. These programs are accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

There are two locations for the Ansonia Public Schools Pre-K Programs:

*Prendergast School, 59 Finney Street

*Mead School, 75 Ford Street
